Personal data we collect
We collect the details you provide when requesting a quote, a visit or information:
- full name, telephone number and email address;
- company name and Brazilian company ID (CNPJ), when applicable;
- profile, production type and studio of interest;
- preferred date, time window and expected duration;
- the page, language and campaign parameters that brought you to the form;
- records of operational and optional marketing consent.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data in this form.

How we use personal data
- to respond to requests, prepare quotes and arrange visits;
- to manage a booking, coordinate production and issue invoices when a service is contracted;
- to communicate by telephone, WhatsApp or email about the requested project;
- to send occasional news only when you give separate consent;
- to meet legal obligations and protect the form against abuse or duplicate submissions.

Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:
- providers that support hosting, databases, transactional email, automation and customer relationship management;
- management or accounting software used to deliver contracted services and issue invoices;
- public authorities when required by law or a valid order.

Storage and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, contractual or legal duties and the exercise of rights. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted credentials and redacted technical logs to reduce unauthorized access, alteration or loss.

Subject to the LGPD, you may request:
- confirmation that personal data is being processed and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
- information about sharing and portability where applicable;
- withdrawal of marketing consent, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
